About the Role
As our new Assistant Operations Manager, you wonโt just help run the show, youโll help elevate it. Working together with our Operations Manager, you’ll optimize service delivery, coach frontline staff, and build the tools and structure that allow our team to perform with confidence and excellence.
Youโll touch nearly every part of the service experience โ from designing better workflows to coaching frontline team members and delivering sharp insights through reporting โyou’ll touch every part of the service engine that powers our collective success.

Process & Quality Optimization
- Design, document, and improve service workflows and SOPs for consistency and efficiency โTEKโs Way.โ
Training & Team Support
- Develop and deliver training that helps team members confidently meet Tekmanagementโs standards of service excellence.
- Coach on client communication, service etiquette, and system compliance.
Reporting & Metrics
- Create insightful reports and dashboards that help leadership understand team performance and client satisfaction. Track KPIs, identify trends, and help drive informed decisions.
Culture & Team Development
- Be a steady, uplifting presence in the department. Support team accountability, recognition, and internal communication efforts.
