Your Role:

As an Administrative Associate, youโ€™ll be responsible for keeping our collections, purchasing, billing, and administrative processes running efficiently. Youโ€™ll play a key role in maintaining our high service standards, following best practices the Tekmanagement way while contributing to our collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate & Timely Collections:ย Ensure efficient AR collections and precise payment posting.
  • Efficient Purchasing & Inventory Management:ย Support sourcing, quoting, purchasing, and inventory control with accuracy.
  • Billing Accuracy:ย Ensure billing accuracy and timeliness by coordinating with relevant teams and reviewing data.
  • Workflow Efficiency:ย Strengthen administrative processes that reduce bottlenecks and improve transparency.
  • Additional Support:ย Support the Projects Manager with administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service, ensuring customer satisfaction, upholding SLAs, and exceeding performance goals.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures the Tekmanagement way to enhance service delivery efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Culture: Work closely with internal teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, integrity, and service excellence.

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

Weโ€™re looking for a detail-driven, service-minded administrative professional who can balance accuracy, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate will haveย 1-5 years of experienceย in accounts receivable, purchasing, inventory coordination, or administrative support, along with the ability to support smooth internal operations.

  • Billing & Detail Orientation:ย Accurate in financial transactions, documentation, and reporting.

Physical Requirements:
