Tekmanagement, Inc has been locally owned and operated in the Rogue Valley for 40+ years and we are looking to add a Level One Field Support to our team. This is a full-time benefitted position that you start accruing from Day 1.

Level One Field Support
- Full-time position
- Medford based
- Hourly Wage: $20-27 per hour
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Drivers license and personal transportation
Additional Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass an extensive background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening test
