IT Service Manager

  • Full-time position
  • Medford based
  • Salary: $60-$80,000 DOE Plus benefits

Primary Job Duties

  • Ticket review – flagged tickets (Too much time, underperforming clients, repeating issues, timely ticket closure)
  • Master of efficiency
  • Work with Dispatch to maximize billable percentage for service delivery team
  • Hold service delivery team accountable for accurate & timely time sheets
  • Ensure that services are delivered to the scope of customer agreements and quotes
  • Identifying ticket trends by use of reporting
  • Work to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work with customers to resolve service delivery issues
  • Attend required meetings and communicate appropriate results with service delivery team
  • Promote empowerment of the service delivery team and Tekmanagement’s workplace culture

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in management & leadership roles
  • Ability to be flexible and communicate to work successfully with technical team members, business owners, vendors, partners, and executive team members
  • Ability to think fast and use experience to make critical decisions
  • Strong technical problem management skills
  • Exceptional customer services skills
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Excellent time management skills

Additional Requirements

  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass an extensive background check
  • Ability to pass a drug screening test
