Service Coordinator / Dispatch – Medford, Oregon

Tekmanagement has been locally owned and operated in the Rogue Valley for 40+ years. We are growing rapidly and are looking to add a Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to our team! Service Coordinator / Dispatch

  • Full-time position
  • In-person position
  • Benefited position
  • Hourly rate $18.00-$22.00/hour

Primary Duties 

  • You will act as the center point of contact to our clients for all types of service requests.
  • Pre-process service requests as they arrive through the ticket portal or direct customer input (via phone and email)
  • Schedule internal and field resources on the ConnectWise Dispatch Portal
  • Monitor resource schedules
  • Communication with clients & teammates consistently
  • Assist in fast turnaround of customer requests.
  • Facilitate escalated tasks between departments.

Required Professional Skills  

  • At least 1 year of “call-center” style experience
  • At least 1 year of scheduling or coordinating experience.
  • Understanding of basic computer elements and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication skills: The ability to clearly communicate through multiple mediums at the same time.
  • Coordination skills: Be able to coordinate service requests between resources, departments, or vendors.
  • Must be able to sit in front of a computer for up to 8 hours.
  • Proficient typing and data entry skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details.
  • Experience working in the IT industry is preferred.
  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services.

  • Strong critical thinking/problem-solving skills.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task.
  • Must have the ability to adapt to change.
  • Ability to be flexible in a team environment, but still able to work autonomously.
